It’s mad easy to make, ready in just 10 minutes and like a flavor explosion in your mouth! Not to mention it’s packed with protein!

To make, add the BBQ sauce and mayo (if using) in a line down the middle of the tortilla.

Add the shredded cheese, chopped BBQ chicken.

Then add the red onion and spinach.

Tuck sides in and roll up like a wrap.

Spray a skillet with cooking spray (or add a little oil) and set to medium-high heat. When hot, add the wrap seam-side down and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
