To make, shred the cheese with a box grater. Set aside.

Add the softened cream cheese, mayo, black pepper and onion powder to a bowl.

Beat with a hand mixer until smooth.

Beat in the pimentos and jalapeno.

Add the shredded cheese and use a spatula or spoon to stir until mixed in.
