Kodiak  Birthday Cake  Protein Donuts  (150 Calories!)

These healthy Birthday Cake Protein Donuts are so easy to make using my favorite Kodiak Cake mix!

The perfect sweet breakfast, snack or dessert and ready in just 20 minutes! Each donut is less than 150 calories and packs over 6 grams of protein each!

To make, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9-donut cavities with cooking spray.

Mix together the kodiak mix and protein powder in a bowl.

Then add in the milk, egg whites, melted coconut oil, vanilla and almond extract.

Whisk until combined.

Pour into the donut pans.

Bake for 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let sit in the pan for 1-2 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling. Let cool completely before adding frosting.

Once cooled, spread 1 tablespoon of frosting onto each donut then sprinkle the donuts with sprinkles.

Let donuts chill until ready to enjoy (they’re better the longer they’re in the fridge!).
