To make, slice rolls in half. Then spread a tablespoon of mustard and mayo on both sides of the bread.

To the bottom half, layer the cheese, ham, pulled pork and pickles. Then add the top slice of bread.

Spray both sides of the sandwich with cooking spray. Grill sandwich in a grill pan, panini grill or skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown.

Remove from heat. Transfer to a cutting board to slice in half then enjoy!
