This Chopped Italian Grinder Salad Recipe is a great, quick 15 minute meal that's perfect for a low carb salad or the best sub sandwich!

It has all your favorite sandwich ingredients but with a little more protein, a lightened up tangy dressing and the most delicious flavor!

To make, chop the turkey, pepperoni and cheese into small pieces. Halve the tomatoes and chop the red onion and banana pepper rings.

Add all the ingredients (except the lettuce) to a large mixing bowl.

Toss to combine.

Serve in a hoagie roll with condiments of choice (I added a little mayo) and enjoy!
