To make, add the bananas to a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork.

Then add the maple syrup, coconut oil, eggs and vanilla extract.

Mix until well combined.

Add the oat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Stir with a rubber spatula until the dry ingredients are incorporated.
