Skinny Oreo Cheesecake Bars

The ULTIMATE cookies and cream cheesecake bar packed with 6g of protein and only 104 calories!

As soon as the Churro Protein Cheesecake Bars emerged, me and my girl Karol were already brainstorming what other kind of creation we could make in this “creamy cheesecake, gooey dough” form.

All it took was a look in the panty at the Oreo’s sitting on the top shelf for my brain to implode on the deliciousness that was about to be THE OREO CHEESECAKE BAR.

I can’t quite say if I like these or the Churro Cheesecake bars better to be honest… so typical of me to say lol but I totally think it just depends on the type of mood your’e in!

Which, is pretty much both of these, all of the time, if we’re being completely honest here.

There is just something so unique about this “dough” and cheesecake filling that is SO dang good and has just been so fun rotating into my days and meals lately.

Give this one or the Churro Protein Cheesecake Bars a try and i’m sure you will feel the same way!

Skinny Oreo Cheesecake Bars

The ULTIMATE cookies and cream cheesecake bar packed with 6g of protein and only 104 calories!

Oreo dough

  • 1 package (8 rolls) pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 20 g black cocoa
  • 4 tsp zero-cal sweetener - liquid drops will work best!

Cheesecake filling

  • 8 oz fat free cream cheese
  • 5 oz fat free greek yogurt
  • 6 g jello cheesecake sugar free pudding mix
  • 3 tsp zero-cal sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Oreo thins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray a 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Take half of your dough (4 rolls) and place in a bag with half of the dough ingredients (10g black cocoa and 2 tsp sweetener). Massage the black cocoa and sweetener into the dough until it is even and completely covered. Take out and press the dough into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Repeat the same with the rest of the dough, black cocoa, and sweetener. Keep it in the bag for now.
  4. Using a hand mixer, beat all the filling ingredients (cream cheese, yogurt, pudding mix, egg, sweetener) until completely blended.
  5. Take the Oreo's and break them into the batter - not completely, we still want there to be some chunks! Spread the filling evenly into the dish.
  6. Using parchment paper, flatten out the remaining dough to form a sheet the same size as the bottom. Gently place on top of the filling.
  7. Sprinkle the top of the dough with an extra tsp of zero cal sweetener. (optional)
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven temperature! You will notice the outer edges of the dough start to pop up.
  9. When done, let cool completely. Then cut into 12 squares. Cover tightly with saran wrap and store in the fridge overnight until ready to eat! These are amazing the day after chilled!

  1. This recipe is so so easy and so dang good. I have always loved cheesecake but honestly, it’s not worth the calories to me! This is PERFECT! I love it.

  2. Of all the Lauren recipes out there (and they are all amazing) these bars are still my favourite to make- even with lite cream cheese & regular 2% plain Greek Yogurt, the macros are great! I make the batch, let them sit overnight in the fridge and the flavour the next day is INCREDIBLE- definitely a winner for Oreo lovers 🙂

  3. This is for sure going to be a staple! 2 of my favorite things! Cheesecake and Oreos!! Thanks for the great recipe!!
