Perfectly sweet and crispy. I am just so in love with how the flavor of these turned out! I’m telling you, they do not taste like your typical carrots!! They would be great with a healthy dipping sauce as well, but I have been enjoying them awesomely by themselves!

-They are a good source of beta-carotene, fiber, potassium, vitamin K, and antioxidants.
-They have been shown to increase fullness, and therefore help with weight loss.
-Intake of carrots has been linked to lower cholesterol levels.
-Diets rich in carotenoids has been associated with decreased risks of various cancers AND decreased risk of age-related macular degeneration (so yes your mom was right — eating carrots is good for your eyes after all!)
Did I mention how they easy they were to make too!? All you have to do is toss the carrots in a bowl with seasonings then throw them babies in the air-fryer! If you don’t have an air-fryer, an oven would work perfectly as well too, just make sure to watch closely as all oven temperatures vary.
